1General Terms & Conditions

97bd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other designated regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 97bd and you.

By using the 97bd website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

97bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Register

A personal account is required to use 97bd's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to the support team immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account is strongly recommended for added security.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to complete registration.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 97bd may request your ID, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the given timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use 97bd's services. Account registration or participation in any gaming activity by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.

In addition, the following individuals are not permitted to use 97bd:

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 97bd.
• Users whose accounts have been permanently closed due to a previous violation.
• Users who have self-excluded and whose exclusion period is still active.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

97bd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawals can be processed.
• The source of deposits and the destination for withdrawals must be the same mobile banking number.
• Transactions from or to a third party's name or account are not accepted.
• 97bd reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If a transaction is delayed for any reason, 97bd will endeavor to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If it takes longer than that, please contact our support team.

5Bonuses & Promotions

97bd regularly offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before you claim it.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 15,000. Wagering requirement: bonus amount x20.
• Reload Bonus: 50% bonus on your second deposit every week. Maximum BDT 5,000.
• Cashback Offer: 10% cashback on weekly losses. No wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: Free bets are available on selected matches. Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.

97bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, 97bd's decision shall be final.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97bd platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the system for personal gain.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets with the intent to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are suspected, 97bd will launch an investigation and your account may be temporarily suspended during that time. If the violation is confirmed, the associated balance will be forfeited and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7Betting Rules

All betting activity on 97bd is governed by established rules and regulations. Please read the rules of each game carefully before placing any bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 97bd reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• The maximum bet amount for a single event is set separately for each market.
• For parlay or combo bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to win.

8Privacy & Security

9Account Suspension & Closure

97bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is complete. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

10Responsible Gaming

97bd believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We are firmly committed to responsible gaming.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• You can temporarily or permanently deactivate your account through self-exclusion.
• You can take a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• If you notice any signs of problem gambling, please contact our support team right away.

11Dispute Resolution

For any dispute with 97bd, please contact our support team first. We review all complaints within 72 hours.

1. Step 1: Submit your complaint via support chat or email.
2. Step 2: The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Step 3: Complex matters will be escalated for review at senior management level.
4. Step 4: Independent mediation may be arranged with the mutual consent of both parties.

97bd's decision is final in all dispute resolutions; however, all parties will be heard in the interest of fairness. In any dispute, liability for compensation shall never exceed the value of the original transaction.

12Changes to Terms

97bd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified in advance via your registered email or SMS.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to the updated terms, contact support to close your account.
